The agent lied to me. He said that I had put another brands windscreen wash in my car. I had already paid Hedin Mini to flush through my windscreen wipers recently . He kept arguing with me. Probably, mini didn't do this when I paid for it. Who knows

I booked my car in for a MOT, new windscreen wipers and a brake fluid top up. After 3 hours (in an air conditiond environment which was incredibly cold) I asked how long my car would be, I was then told it was an all day service.

Poor communication between service dept and body shop meant the work took 3 days. No one told me that when I took the courtesy car. Subsequently didn't know whether to put petrol in the courtesy car and my arrangements were disrupted.
