After a very disappointing visit to the Mini Borehamwood showroom, I was a little trepidatious about entering Hedin Automotive in Enfield but the service could not be faulted.

Though the time was corrected on my dash, the technicians didn't think it important to indicate that the car had been serviced. Receipt paperwork was inaccurate. I was then invited to bring my car in to correct this. All sloppy & very inconvenient.

It's not clear where to leave the car. The service area is not clearly sign posted. A message explaining where to leave the car and that it is likely there is no spaces in this car park would be helpful before the appointment.

When I dropped my car off, saw receptionist who took my details and passed them on to a service person. I was asked to sit down and watched the service person ick up my papers, reorganise his desk and drink his tea for about 10 minutes

Explained what you were going to do and the cost, then sent me a video with an update and then told me the car was ready for pickup as scheduled. Real friendly reception at pick up and your colleague was really helpful and showed us to the car.
